DINING AND ENTERTAINMENT
- Langit Theatre -- Open-air theatre for dining under the stars during traditional Balinese performances, which combine dance, music and song with brilliant costumes, extravagant masks and magnificent headdresses. The theatre is terraced to offer unobstructed views of the stage, orchestra and the Indian Ocean beyond.
- Padi -- Outdoor seating pavilions which appear to float in lily ponds offer an international menu with predominantly Balinese flair. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily.
- Damar Terrace -- Open-air bar surrounded by pools, romantically illuminated by dozens of candles in the evening, serves beverages and hors d'oeuvres throughout the day, as well as afternoon iced tea
- Sami Sami -- Casual, cliff side restaurant and bar offers innovative Mediterranean cuisine in three separate outdoor dining pavilions. Lunch and dinner served daily. Kisik Bar and Grill -- Sand-floored restaurant and bar carved into the cliff overlooking the ocean. Features beverages and fresh grilled seafood on banana leaves for dinner.
- Kubu Bar -- Located at secluded Kubu Beach, this quaint beach hut offers fresh fruit and beverages.
CONFERENCE FACILITIES
The Ritz Carlton Ballroom offers 595 square meters (6,404 square feet) of meeting space with banquet seating for groups up to 530 people. The Ballroom can be divided into three separate Salons. Three meeting rooms range in size to accommodate groups of l 0 to 100. Separate outdoor function space is available for gatherings under the stars
